How It Works
How do I create a report?
Upload a Teams recording or share the Teams link. We ingest the transcript, apply fact discovery, and prepare a structured report.
Are reports instant?
Reports include fact discovery and quality checks for accuracy, safety, confidentiality, tone, and clarity. They are fast but not instant.
Can I review or edit before sending?
Yes. Coaches or assessors can edit and approve before the report is sent to the client.

What kinds of reports can I generate?
Meeting minutes, job interview summaries, assessment reviews, and coaching reports are supported out of the box.
Do you separate action items?
Yes. Actions are grouped with owners and deadlines so teams know what happens next.
Can I add my branding?

Quality Assurance
What checks are performed?
Factual accuracy, risk and safety, diagnostic safety, confidentiality, internal consistency, professional boundaries, inclusivity, tone, clarity, readability, and structure are scored before delivery.
Can I skip QA?
No. QA is built-in to keep reports safe, accurate, and client-ready.
What if an issue is found?
The report is flagged for review so you can edit and approve before sending.
